Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift
Job Description
- As a Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our powder coating department.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including powder coating guns, controllers, booths, ovens, hoists, cranes, conveyors, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose and repair PLC and HMI systems and their associated circuits.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the safe operation of forklifts and aerial lifts.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using maintenance software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid forklift and aerial lift certifications.
