Overview:
This opportunity is for a third shift Maintenance Technician. Our client is committed to a work life balance and professional development. Most overtime will be performed during the week Monday-Friday. This is a Direct Hire position.

Salary: $30-35/hr 
Hours: 11pm-7:30am

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, and electric drives to install, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines and facility equipment.
  • Conduct machine setup, repairs, and preventative maintenance services to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to emergency and unscheduled repairs during production, minimizing downtime.
  • Prepare and set up machinery for scheduled production runs, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service tasks.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test and adjust equipment as needed.
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous industrial work experience, preferably in a production environment, with machine operation, troubleshooting, and meeting schedule demands.
  • Ability to read and interpret rulers, micrometers (US and Metric), and digital metering equipment.
  • Excellent attendance record and willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
