Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)
Job Description
Location: Cleveland, OH
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Benefits: Overtime available (not mandatory); on-call rotation for senior technicians; additional details provided during hiring process
- Perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting across production equipment
- Support maintenance needs for approximately 30 machines within the facility
- Respond to equipment issues during production to minimize downtime
- Participate in on-call rotation for weekend work when required
- Support production schedules, including occasional weekend operations
- Strong mechanical skill set required
- Machine maintenance experience required (plastics experience not required)
- Conveyor line maintenance experience acceptable
- 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to work 2nd shift (2:45 PM – 11:00 PM; flexible start times available)
- Willingness to support overtime and occasional weekend work as needed
