Maintenance Technician
Location: Crystal Lake, IL
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $45,000 - $57,000 per year (experience-dependent)
Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe work environment and report hazards.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and fleet upkeep.
Implement equipment upgrades and modifications.
Conduct daily safety inspections and assist with snow removal.
Collaborate with the team to enhance efficiency.

1 year of PLC troubleshooting experience (preferably Allen Bradley).
Physical fitness for equipment operation and lifting.
Technical manual reading and troubleshooting skills.
Flexible work hours and a commitment to safety and quality.
