Maintenance Technician ( 12 hr. Days/ Nights)
Job Description
Location:Burlington, WA
- 12 hr. Day shift ( 2-2-3-2) 6AM- 6PM
- 12 hr. Night Shift ( 2-2-3-2) 6PM- 6AM
Salary: $28 – $35/hour

- Perform preventative, predictive, and unplanned maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations, including Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems
- Support installation, setup, modification, and relocation of production equipment
- Read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
- Use CMMS system to track and document all work orders and maintenance activities
- Recommend improvements to preventative maintenance tasks to optimize equipment availability
- Complete small electrical/mechanical projects as assigned by Supervisor or Team Lead
- Test and troubleshoot low voltage electrical/electronic equipment and components
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or trade certification preferred
- 4–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder logic
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat preferred), robots, drives, relays, and motion controls
- Basic knowledge of single and 3-phase electrical systems preferred
