Job Summary:

Job Duties:
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and Repair Electrical Issues: Identify and troubleshoot electrical problems in machinery and control systems. Execute repairs and replacements to maintain electrical functionality.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the maintenance team and production staff to address equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow established safety procedures and guidelines while conducting maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
  • Electrical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in industrial machinery and control systems.
  • Technical Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or associate degree in electrical maintenance, industrial technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a food manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and address equipment issues effectively.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in performing maintenance tasks and documenting work for future reference.
  • Safety Conscious: Commitment to following safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others.
