Job Summary:
  • A Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of bakery equipment by providing technical repairs and preventive maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and computerized systems.

Job Duties:
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns.
  • Perform routine maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
  • Conduct equipment overhauls as needed.
  • Test repaired equipment and maintain maintenance records.
  • Prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Conduct facility inspections and address maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • GMP/HACCP Certificate, forklift and lift equipment certifications.
