Job Summary:
  • The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across various systems and equipment to ensure optimal plant operations. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and thorough execution of responsibilities.

Job Duties:
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems.
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery, electric motors, heaters, coolers, and other related equipment using various tools.
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble slicing and packaging equipment, as well as fabricate and assemble test parts as needed.
  • Perform facility maintenance, including replacing fuses, light bulbs, and other electrical components.
  • Assist in training team members while maintaining thorough records and preparing detailed reports on equipment and projects.

Qualifications:
  • Strong technical aptitude in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in interpreting schematics and executing equipment repairs.
  • Ability to safely work on diverse plant facilities and resolve problems with innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to assist in training programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication skills for preparing detailed project and equipment reports.
