Title: Maintenance Technician (2nd or 3rd shift)
Shifts: 
  • 2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm will have every other weekend off. 
  • 3rd Shift: 10:30pm -6am will have every other weekend off. 
Pay Rate: $30-45/hr in addition to shift differential  
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Summary:
  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems on food processing equipment.

Job Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical systems on conveyor belts, packaging machines, and food processing equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
  • Implement electrical and mechanical solutions to improve equipment efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Strong electrical knowledge with expertise in PLC's, VFD's, servos, and robotics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety protocols.
