Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Shift: 1st Shift
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000
- Lead day-to-day maintenance activities on blow molding, bottling, and packaging equipment.
- Guide and support technicians on troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
- Oversee and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Train, mentor, and develop maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team.
- Manage parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and productivity of assigned team members.
- Maintain documentation and reporting through Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Perform hands-on work and be available for troubleshooting and urgent repair support.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and direct a technical team.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with CMMS tools and preventative maintenance scheduling.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in a range of industrial conditions.
