Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations team
- Assign tasks, conduct safety briefings, and perform after-action reviews
- Lead preventive maintenance on mobile and stationary engine-driven equipment
- Oversee maintenance of stationary electrically driven equipment
- Manage reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Conduct building and non-equipment asset maintenance
- Source parts and schedule third-party maintenance support
- Perform administrative duties, including personnel management
- Train and develop maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices
- Collaborate across departments to optimize maintenance processes
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- 2+ years supervising maintenance professionals
- 6+ years repairing complex equipment in manufacturing, agriculture, or heavy equipment industries
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
- Expertise in troubleshooting, hydraulics, industrial mechanical, and medium-low voltage electrical issues
- Proven track record in developing safety-focused work environments
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Formal training or certification in heavy equipment maintenance (preferred)
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
