Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment, facilities, and utilities.
- Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and manage work order systems to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and compliance documentation.
- Implement risk management strategies for capital projects, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- Technical/working knowledge of mechanics and utilities, including boilers, air compressors, pumps, and filtration systems.
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment preferred.
