Maintenance Supervisor (12 hr. Nights)
Job Description
Location: Burlington, WA
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000/yr.

- Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and review maintenance work.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate the work of employees.
- Implement new equipment technologies for manufacturing and quality improvements, including upgrades, process technologies, tooling, and manufacturing techniques.
- Supervise and plan installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and processes within the facility.
- Participate in purchasing maintenance materials and outside services per company protocols.
- Assist in developing and implementing systematic preventive maintenance programs.
- Investigate equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns, providing corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.
- Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance plans using automated software.
- Lead continuous improvement tasks and report progress to management.
- Minimize risk of accidents and environmental impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance/reliability.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and robotics systems.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic), and ladder/function block logic.
- Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ABB robots (preferred).
- Experience in highly automated environments (preferred).
