Salary: $85,000 – $100,000/yr.

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities, implementing reliability strategies, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee a skilled team, manage equipment and process reliability, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Job Duties:
  • Plan, organize, schedule, assign, and review maintenance work.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate the work of employees.
  • Implement new equipment technologies for manufacturing and quality improvements, including upgrades, process technologies, tooling, and manufacturing techniques.
  • Supervise and plan installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and processes within the facility.
  • Participate in purchasing maintenance materials and outside services per company protocols.
  • Assist in developing and implementing systematic preventive maintenance programs.
  • Investigate equipment failures and unexpected breakdowns, providing corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.
  • Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance plans using automated software.
  • Lead continuous improvement tasks and report progress to management.
  • Minimize risk of accidents and environmental impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in maintenance/reliability.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and robotics systems.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic), and ladder/function block logic.
  • Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ABB robots (preferred).
  • Experience in highly automated environments (preferred).
