Job Duties:
- Plan all maintenance for the plant.Supervise 8-9 mechanics (Mechanics are working on pump/valves, pipes, tanks)
- Manage outside contractors for maintenance issues related to equipment.
- Will assist in troubleshooting (not hands on)
- Manage preventative maintenance program and work orders.
- Track KPIs
Qualifications:
- Must have 5 years maintenance supervisor experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Must be mechanically inclined
- Proficient with Microsoft office tools
