Title: Maintenance Superintendent (Relocation available)
Shift: 2nd shift, 1-11pm, OT required

Pay: $100-120k depending on experience 

Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance leader to drive performance, ensure safety and compliance, and lead teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitor yields, efficiency, and costs; adjust staffing and schedules to meet production goals.
  • Safety & Ergonomics: Promote a strong safety culture, implement programs, and address workplace hazards.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to sanitation, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Training & Improvement: Develop employees and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Leadership: Coach and guide teams to achieve performance targets in a collaborative environment. 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members or managing projects/processes
  • Proficiency with business systems and tools such as ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
