Maintenance Manager
Job Description
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of all machinery and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in maintenance activities.
- Position will be hands-on and 80% equipment maintenance and 20% facilities maintenance
- Minimally 10+ years experience in hands-on maintenance and facilities in addition to oversight or leading of a maintenance team
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor/Manager, preferably in manufacturing
- Blend of electromechanical aptitude with hands-on experience - not just oversight
- Well-rounded engineering background
