Job Description
- Oversee and manage the maintenance of all machinery and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for equipment and facilities.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards in maintenance activities.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance setting.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and best practices in both machinery and facilities maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and manage preventative maintenance programs.
