Job Summary:
  • Seeking a results-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performance team in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
    As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee all aspects of plant maintenance, ensuring optimal equipment uptime and efficiency. 

Job Duties:
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies to support operational goals.
  • Team Leadership: Building and managing a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management: Successfully managing both routine maintenance and capital projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Applying your deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to optimize equipment performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall plant efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
  • A deep understanding of maintenance best practices, including preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
