Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical equipment, performing electrical installations, conducting preventive maintenance, and collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals. Job Duties:
  • Lead and direct the maintenance team on daily priorities and project work.
  • Plan and install power supply wiring and conduits for various voltage levels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide variety of mechanical equipment with a focus on electrical components.
  • Safely remove and install industrial machinery, including wiring, motors, control panels, and utilities.
  • Contribute to internal construction and improvement projects, emphasizing multi-voltage power distribution.
  • Connect power supply wires, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical components.
  • Detect and replace defective controls, components, and circuit boards on malfunctioning apparatus.
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment, interpreting drawings, schematics, and manuals.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and technical teams to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Engage in general construction tasks and basic plumbing activities.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies, including proper equipment use, lockout/tagout, and PPE.
  • Initiate purchase orders for parts, work with vendors, and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TMP) plans in collaboration with machine operators.

Qualifications:
  • PLC programming and troubleshooting.
  • Welding, metal fabrication, and hydraulic knowledge.
  • CNC machinery and press brake experience.
  • HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical expertise.
