Job Summary:

Join our 175-year-old organization as a Maintenance Supervisor on our 2nd shift. As a leader on our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs, providing technical support, and coordinating maintenance activities. Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will maintain a close working relationship with production management and Engineering.

Job Duties:
  • Ensure timely and proper completion of all scheduled and unscheduled machine repair activities.
  • Coordinate the daily workload for 2nd Shift Technicians.
  • Deploy available maintenance resources effectively to support smooth operations.
  • Develop and execute a daily maintenance plan based on the production schedule and workload requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to production management.
  • Assist in training and developing Process Technicians.

Qualifications:
  • Five years of prior experience in maintenance.
  • Previous experience in leadership, management, or supervision.
  • Familiarity with using a CMMS system is a plus.
  • Electrical or controls experience is a plus.
