- We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor to join our facility and contribute to its overall success in achieving maintenance objectives. As a leader on our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing repairs, providing technical support, and coordinating maintenance activities. Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, you will maintain a close working relationship with production management and Engineering.
- Ensure timely and proper completion of all scheduled and unscheduled machine repair activities.
- Coordinate the daily workload for 2nd Shift Technicians.
- Deploy available maintenance resources effectively to support smooth operations.
- Develop and execute a daily maintenance plan based on the production schedule and workload requirements.
- Provide technical assistance and support to production management.
- Assist in training and developing Process Technicians.
- Five years of prior experience in maintenance.
- Previous experience in leadership, management, or supervision.
- Familiarity with using a CMMS system is a plus.
- Electrical or controls experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others.
