Maintenance Analyst
Job Description
Location: Houston, TX
Hire Type: 6-9 Month Contract
Salary:$100k- $115k/yr.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify maintenance challenges and develop effective strategies.
- Analyze maintenance data and equipment performance metrics to provide actionable insights that enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Lead work-process optimization projects aimed at improving maintenance workflows and overall operational performance.
- Develop best practice templates for planning and scheduling maintenance to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Implement recommendations to improve equipment uptime and throughput while managing maintenance costs.
- Clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders for alignment and execution.
- Conduct root cause analyses and predictive maintenance planning to prevent equipment failures and extend asset life.
- Stay current on industry trends and innovations in maintenance technologies and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; 2+ years of job-related experience required
- Master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
- Relevant background in analytics, management consulting, or industrial environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
