- Set up and operate milling and grinding machines.
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining processes.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot and repair tooling issues as needed.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve designs and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker, with a focus on milling and grinding.
- Skilled in using both conventional milling and grinding equipment.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and material properties.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings.
- High attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
