About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience operating Mazak Mills to join our high-performing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be confident in setup, operation, and program editing directly at the machine. While most programs are pre-written, your ability to make real-time adjustments and optimize for performance is essential.

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up and operate Mazak CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
  • Perform program edits at the control (Mazatrol or G-code based), optimizing for efficiency and part quality.
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure tolerances are met.
  • Troubleshoot machining or setup issues and make necessary corrections.
  • Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean and in good working order.
  • Work independently and communicate effectively with production and quality teams.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience operating and setting up Mazak Mills.
  • Experience with Mazatrol and/or G-code programming and editing.
  • Strong blueprint reading skills and understanding of GD&T.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
  • Ability to work from detailed work instructions and meet tight tolerances.
  • Team player with a safety-first mindset.
