Salary: $110k - $120k (may have flexibility upwards based on experience) + bonus

  • Proven leadership with 5+ years managing diverse teams, including hiring, goal-setting, and career development.
  • Operational expertise with deep experience in manufacturing operations, strong skills in ERP systems, budget management, and financial oversight.
  • Strategic thinking with a track record of identifying cost savings, improving efficiency, and driving process improvements.
  • Effective communication skills to keep teams aligned through check-ins, meetings, and clear updates.
  • Results-oriented mindset, skilled in P&L management, capital investments, and ROI analysis to ensure profitability and long-term success.
