Machine Operator-Screen Printing
Job Description
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on screen printing machinery.
- Monitor line operations to ensure safety, quality, and production standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and maintain necessary documentation.
- Perform start-up and shut-down procedures for production lines.
- Execute color and material changes independently.
- Plan production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Identify mechanical issues and collaborate with the maintenance team for improvements.
- Perform screen changes and troubleshoot print quality issues.
- Maintain production efficiency and work to reduce scrap.
- Train and assist team members as needed.
- Operate hand pallet jacks or forklifts as required.
