Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative machinery solutions for automation processes
- Utilize SolidWorks to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs
- Conduct thorough analysis and simulations to optimize machinery performance
- Implement design improvements and modifications based on feedback and testing
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and technical specifications
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Continuously explore new technologies and design methodologies to enhance efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in machinery design, preferably 5 years or more
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication and documentation skills
