What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the build: Organize, plan, and execute the entire machine construction process.
  • Hands-on assembly: Use mechanical drawings and verbal instructions to bring machines to life.
  • Make it better: Suggest improvements that boost quality and efficiency.
  • Keep it sharp: Work to ISO quality standards and best practices.
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or trade school certification.
  • 1–2 years of experience in machine assembly or mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude — you know your way around tools and machines.
  • A team player mindset with solid communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like calipers, drills, lathes, and grinders.
 Tools You’ll Use:
  • Inspection tools (e.g., calipers, verniers, scales)
  • Common hand tools (e.g., wrenches, pliers, drills)
  • Machinery (e.g., milling machines, lathes, surface grinders)
