Overview:
Join our client as a skilled Machine Builder, where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in assembling and constructing cutting-edge machinery from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Power up and debug machines independently, ensuring seamless operation from inception to completion.
  • Assemble complex machines or multi-system units by interpreting detailed drawings and verbal instructions with precision.
  • Fabricate critical machine components as required, demonstrating exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of pneumatic functions, devices, and fittings to achieve desired results efficiently.
  • Adjust cam timing, rotary positions (e.g., indexing units), and other critical components with precision.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements for machine safety devices and guards, prioritizing workplace safety.
  • Perform machine parts and assembly modifications as needed, collaborating with engineering teams for major or critical changes.

Requirements:
  • Relevant technical education or training in machine building, assembly, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in machine construction, assembly, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with various machine tools and equipment used in fabrication processes.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
