Overview:
Join client in Holland, MI, for an exciting contract opportunity lasting until November 2025! We're seeking skilled assemblers for a first-shift position that offers the potential for overtime. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with cutting-edge machinery, this role could be perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assemble equipment according to mechanical drawings
  • Document and communicate changes and problems
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Adhere to ISO Quality standards
  • Communicate with Machine Build Lead on issues and progress
  • xecute assigned programs, focusing on cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction
  •  Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • repare materials for secondary processes (finishing, heat treatment, deburring)
  • Operate time-sensitive machines with precision and attention to detail
  • Complete tasks reliably and efficiently

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification (related vocational education preferred)
  • Basic computer skills and intermediate proficiency in reading part and assembly drawings
  • Proven mechanical aptitude with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Physical capability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Provide own hand tools and toolbox (list of recommended tools provided)

Shift Details: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible hours avaible with earlier or later start)
Pay: $30-35/hr
