Hire Type: Contract (est 6+ months), Onsite
Target Pay Range: $31.00 - $32.50/hour (W2)

Job Summary:
The Logistics Support Specialist III supports finished goods planning and supply chain execution to meet demand, inventory, and service level targets within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role focuses on demand analysis, capacity planning, SAP data management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure supply plans align with operational constraints.
 
Job Duties:
  • Plan subsidiary capacity for finished goods to meet demand, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), inventory, scrap, and Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Analyze finished goods demand across firm and planned horizons, including phase-in and phase-out products.
  • Maintain and update planning parameters, master data, and supply inputs in SAP and related systems.
  • Identify and communicate gaps, risks, and constraints within the Sales & Operating Planning process.
  • Place purchasing orders aligned with approved demand and capacity plans.
  • Coordinate with export coordinators and inventory managers to ensure execution to plan.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manufacturing constraints; recommend adjustments as needed.
 
Qualifications:
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain planning, or materials management within manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP.
  • Proven ability to analyze demand, capacity, and inventory data.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with planning, purchasing, and inventory teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
