Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
Hire Type: Contract
Compensation:$22-24/hr

- Enters sales orders into an ERP system;
- Processes and moves production and other materials into and out of inventory locations, production and other locations to support the flow of production following standard work instructions; Monitors work in process;
- Receive purchased items, compares to PO for accuracy and enter items into LN accounting system;
- Collect finished good production numbers and enter into LN accounting system;
- Assists external visitors and truck drivers with permit collection and shipping paperwork being completed for loads.
- Skill Level I — 1-2 years of experience or AA/AS or Vocational/Technical Degree;
- Skill Level Il — 2-5 years of experience or Specific Experience or Technical Certifications;
- Skill Level Ill — 5-7 years of experience, Technical or specific experience; Skill Level IV -7-9 years experience, Technical or specific experience;
- Skill Level V — 10 + years of experience, Technical & ERP experience; understanding of supply chain;
- HS Diploma or GED, or a combination of related work experience and education;
- Customer service background in logistics or planning with ability to build a relationship
