Lead Product Engineer
Job Description
- Lead the development and writing of proposals
- Component specification creation
- Serve as a champion in modeling, simulation, and experimentation to develop and validate novel fuel injection system and key components
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of composed of product engineers, R&D, and external partners to innovate and master the next generation of fuel injection technology
- Communicate with suppliers to acquire proper fuel system parts to meet development goals
- Lead in working with international team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in design engineering, preferably with gas engine fuel system development
- Experience conceptualizing and designing complex mechanical systems and assemblies interlinked by mechanical and fluid systems
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics and heat transfer
- Experience with product development processes such as Requirement Documentation, Verification and Validation Plans and Reports, and DFMEA's
