Overview: Join a dynamic team at the forefront of precision grinding technology! As a Panel Builder / Industrial Electrician, you'll play a crucial role in creating cutting-edge automated systems for remanufactured centerless grinders. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC controls and contribute to innovative turnkey solutions that give our client a competitive edge in the industry.

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Construct, test, and install electrical panels, systems, and components 
  • Wire and troubleshoot new and old machines 
  • Commission new machines 
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field 
  • Pull parts from inventory using machine/panel BOMs 
  • Ensure systems and components meet established specifications 
  • Route and bundle wires and cables to established standards 
  • Maintain knowledge of NEMA, NEC, NFPA, UL, and IEC codes 
  • Work with voltage ranges up to 600 Volts 
  • Apply knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 
  • Demonstrate basic motor control knowledge and AC drive programming skills

Requirements: 
  • 1+ years of electrical experience 
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics 
  • Proficiency in using measuring, diagnostic, and hand tools • Knowledge of NEMA, NEC, NFPA, UL, and IEC codes 
  • Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems 
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
