Title: Lead Mechanical Engineer 
Salary: $120,000-$130,000 (DOE)
Location: Middleburg Heights, OH

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities 
  • Manage projects within the Engineering scope. 
  •  Supervise, instruct, and mentor junior employees while providing leadership and direction to all members of the Team. 
  •  Oversee project costs and work with Operations Manager to effectively keep the projects in budget on time while meeting quality standards. 
  • Assist with scope development when needed.
  •  Develop estimates for proposals.

Skill Sets 
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. 
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  •  Experience in piping, process, and equipment design in an industrial environment. 
  • Experience with processing water and gas systems is a plus.
  • Capable of preparing layout and design of complex piping systems. 
  • Plant Layout background preferred. 
  • Capable of reading and develop
