Lead Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Location: Burlington, WA
- 12 hr. Day shift ( 2-2-3-2)
- 12 hr. Night Shift ( 2-2-3-2)
Salary: $32–$45/Hour

- Lead a team of 7 maintenance technicians on shift.
- Monitor and enforce PM completion and work order completion for corrective actions.
- Maintain production equipment to maximize operating performance and assist with maintaining electrical spare parts’ inventory levels.
- Perform repairs on equipment to restore it to proper and safe working conditions.
- Perform installation, set up, modification, and relocation of equipment to accommodate or improve production requirements.
- Read/write electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams.
- Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
- Always follow lockout/tagout procedure.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance to all production equipment as required.
- Complete electrical and mechanical projects based on direction from Maintenance Supervisor.
- Demonstrate safe work practices and follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components such as motors, contactors, relays, timers, switches, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls, and valves.
- 6+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and ladder/function block logic.
- Working knowledge of industrial PCs and PLCs (Siemens Step 7, Beckhoff TwinCat, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technical certificate from trade school preferred.
