Part Time, Fridays and Saturdays 7a-5:30pm
$25-26/hr
 
Summary:
The Lead Machine Operator oversees machine operations, ensures production runs smoothly, and supports team members to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recognize and monitor bottlenecks.
  • Lead and train machine operators to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain quality control by inspecting products.
  • Coordinate workflow and production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
  • Communicate with supervisors and team members about production progress.
  • Keep records of production output and machine performance.
  • Update department communication boards
  • Communicate daily plan and any production or customer service issues 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience as a machine operator, with leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physically capable of lifting and standing for long periods.
