Job Type: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $43-$50/hr

Position Overview:  We are seeking a qualified ISO Auditor with a strong background in quality and environmental systems to support our internal audit program in the power industry. The ideal candidate will bring formal ISO training and practical auditing experience, with a focus on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Write concise audit summary reports that support compliance and operational excellence in power generation and related environments
  • Track and manage corrective action plans through closure
  • Collaborate with operational, maintenance, and environmental teams to ensure audit readiness and continuous improvement
  • Maintain documentation and audit records in line with industry and regulatory expectations

Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Lead Auditor preferred
  • Formal classroom training (with certificate) in:
    • ISO 9001
    • ISO 14001 
    • Internal auditing practices
  • Industry-relevant experience in power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial environments is a strong plus
  • Full ISO Lead Auditor certification is a plus but not required
