Job Description
Location: Blairsville, PA 15717
Hire Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $18-$22/HR

- Provide administrative support to the Labor Relations department.
- Organize, maintain, and manage files and documentation.
- Assist with general office and administrative duties.
- Prepare, format, and maintain documents as needed.
- Support department staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to complete administrative responsibilities.
- Communicate professionally and work collaboratively with employees and team members.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Positive, professional personality with the ability to work well with everyone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized files and documentation.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Blairsville, PA.
- Monday-Friday
- Fully onsite in Blairsville, PA
- Standard business hours
