Overview:
As a Field Service Technician, you'll be at the forefront of working to solve customer issues. In this role you will be working with machinery across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You should be willing to travel about 70% of the time.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and train customers on cutting-edge machinery at their sites across the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer/equipment issues with proficiency.
  • Provide remote technical support to customers when not traveling.
  • Maintain a high level of professional customer service in all interactions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and customers.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree, certification, trade school diploma, or equivalent experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation/Automotive.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field for high school diploma holders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, including international travel (passport required).
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and understand mechatronics systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, pneumatic components, and power tools in the CNC industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, twist, and operate equipment as per job requirements.
