Title: Field Service Technician
Locations: Holbrook, NY
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Shift & Hours: 6 AM/7 AM to 4PM
Pay Rate: $28- $32/hr

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a company vehicle safely and in compliance with state and federal DOT laws.
- Adhere to established safety procedures.
- Complete daily service orders promptly.
- Perform diagnostics, installations, or removals of residential and commercial water treatment equipment; identify malfunctions and resolve accordingly.
- Foster customer relationships through direct interaction, effectively communicating equipment status and providing problem-solving solutions.
- Ensure timely collection of payments upon service completion and assist in the collection of past due receivables.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the city area where duties will be performed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written).
- Candidates offered a position must undergo a DOT physical (at the time of hire and every two years thereafter), a drug screen, and a background check in compliance with state and federal laws.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 80-100 pounds.
- Ability to drive for extended periods (2-3 hours).
- Ability to kneel/bend for extended periods.
