Inventory Shipping Clerk (Philly)
Job Description
- Inventory, finance, material accounting, or cycle counting experience
- Strong data analysis skills (inventory, transactions, material movement)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience working with inventory systems and documentation processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain inventory accuracy through documentation review and system verification
- Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts
- Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies when possible
- Audit incoming and outgoing transactions for quality and accuracy
- Compile and document transactions for data entry
- Analyze inventory data, material movement, and related issues
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement efforts
- Prior experience in inventory control, material accounting, or cycle counting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret raw data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn new processes and systems
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
