Position: Instructional Designer & Trainer
Location: Remote with 50–60% Travel (U.S. + International: Japan, Ireland, Germany)
Duration: 12 – 24 + months

Pay Rate: 60.00- 80.00 per hour

I am looking for a hands-on Instructional Designer & Trainer to support a global rollout of a project management system. This is not just delivery—you’ll be building training from the ground up, managing content, and driving adoption across multiple sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create training materials, job aides, and documentation (Word + LMS platforms)
  • Design and deliver instructor-led classroom training (in-person + onsite)
  • Build CBT modules using tools like Articulate Rise
  • Manage content and document control across training materials
  • Support train-the-trainer efforts and ongoing user adoption
  • Work closely with teams to simplify complex system workflows

What we’re looking for:
  • Strong Instructional Design + Training delivery experience
  • Experience building content from scratch (not just facilitating)
  • Hands-on with LMS platforms, CBT development, and documentation
  • Experience with Articulate Rise (or similar tools)
  • Comfortable leading in-person classroom sessions globally
  • Exposure to enterprise/project management systems (Oracle Unifier or similar is a big plus)
  • must have a valid passport to travel internationally
