Job Description
- Consult with subject matter experts and content owners to identify learning objectives and to recommend learning approaches/solutions to streamline, combine and enhance existing webbased curriculum
- Build effective relationships and partner with subject matter experts and division leaders to gather content information, determine and implement highly effective learning solutions with planned reviews
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content specific to Adult Learning
- Convert web based Lectora courses to Articulate 360
- Tech-savvy with 7 plus years of experience in designing and delivering web-based training
- Strong knowledge of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) models; well versed in Adult Learning principles and teaching methods such as: ADDIE, SAM, Agile
- Strong writing and editing skills; excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and creative/resourceful problem-solving skills
