Job Description
- Responsible for interacting with customers to create quotations and process purchase orders for a variety of machinery, spare parts, and services in QuickBooks.
- We are looking for someone with effective communication skills who can help strengthen our relationships with customers.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 to create opportunities for incoming RFQs and to track the progress of each opportunity at each step.
- Work together with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Accounting to ensure that all customer requests are fulfilled.
- We are looking for someone with the ability to work independently as well as in a team structure.
- Inside sales experience: 1-2 years
- Great Communication Skills
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- QuickBooks or other order processing experience
- Dynamics 365 or other CRM experience
- Organization Skills
