Job Summary:
  • This position encompasses responsibility for developing and maintaining positive customer relations within the perforation manufacturing industries. The individual in this position would be responsible for handling specific accounts in our OEM, Mining and Aggregate and Distribution. The responsibilities would include quoting, order entry, communicating with the customer and handling the day-to-day activities for specific accounts.

Job Duties:
  • Create quotes for existing and new accounts; quote follow up
    1. Enter purchase orders
    2. Provide order status updates to customer
    3. Negotiate, within prescribed limits, to secure orders and obtain competitive information for perforated customers
    4. Review all customer inquiries to establish necessary information to produce products that meet all customer specifications
    5. Meets with production and engineering staff to review customer requirements
    6. Determine best method to resolve problems ensuring both customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
    7. Complete accurately and promptly order entry formal paperwork and review of original estimate database vs final customer reqs

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer focused position
