Inside Sales Rep

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 plus bonus (dependent on experience)
Our growing team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our La Grange, GA office. As an integral part of our sales team, you will work collaboratively with the outside sales team to drive sales growth, proactively contact customers, and ensure the seamless entry of quotes and orders into our system.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain favorable working relationships with customers, regional sales, service representatives, and all departments. Ensure timely response and coordination of activities between customer accounts.
Sales Generation: Work with customers and outside sales to secure sales orders for aftermarket parts. Proactively call customers to increase sales results and actively assist in resolving accounts receivable problems.
Documentation and Processing: Maintain accurate files for all assigned accounts and customer database information. Proficiently document all information required to handle customer accounts. Process formal complaints, customer returns, and adjustments in a timely manner.
Sales Support: Participate in the development, training, and implementation of sales campaigns to gain new customers. Analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for acquiring new customers and regaining lost business.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 2 years of comparable work experience in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside Industrial Sales/Call Center (preferred).
Excellent PC application skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM understanding preferred).
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize daily work efficiently.
Flexibility to work in areas and on problems that may not be part of the regular position but are necessary for the efficient operation of the business. This includes the flexibility to work some on-call nights and weekends.
