Inside Sales Rep
Job Description
Salary: $56,000–$65,000 (base, depending on experience)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and sales support
- Generate quotes, process sales orders, and manage order lifecycle from entry to shipment
- Partner with outside sales, engineering, and operations to meet customer requirements
- Communicate lead times, pricing, and technical details clearly and professionally
- Proactively follow up on quotes and customer requests
- Maintain accurate customer and order data within ERP/CRM systems
- Assist with issue resolution related to orders, deliveries, or specifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Oil & gas industry exposure or valve product experience is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team-based environment
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and standard office software
