Job Description

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to manage and grow a designated sales territory.
- Identify opportunities, qualify leads, and close sales through effective communication and relationship-building. (Inside Sales)
- Provide detailed product quotations, ensuring accuracy in pricing and technical specifications.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance and help customers select the right products for their needs.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely order processing and follow-up.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits to customers and prospects.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and collaborate with management to achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of inside sales or account management experience
- At least 2 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to provide product support/answer questions on the products to customers
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Must be able to work on-site.
