Inside Sales Manager
Job Description
- Manage and grow a designated territory by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Conduct inside sales activities, including identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing sales.
- Provide detailed product quotations and ensure accuracy in pricing and specifications.
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting to customers, helping them select the right products for their needs.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely order processing and follow-up.
- Maintain customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key customers and prospects.
- Track sales performance, generate reports, and work closely with management to achieve revenue goals.
- Bachelors Degree
- At least 6 years of inside sales/account management experience
- At least 2 years in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Ability to be on-site
