Job Description
- Assist Regional and Vertical Segment Sales Managers and distributors.
- Create quotes and manage opportunities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Conduct online demos for distributors during the quoting process.
- Aid in sales forecasting based on input from the outside sales team.
- Support Regional Business Managers and distributors with specific sales strategies.
- Gather lists of potential customers from various sources.
- Source new sales opportunities through multiple channels.
- Input new customer data into the company's database.
- Provide support in covering day-to-day activities in open territories.
- Follow up with customers after shipments/installations to ensure satisfaction.
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science preferred not required
- 1+ years of Inside Sales or Project Management experience preferred.
- Proven success in surpassing revenue and margin targets.
- Excellent communication and responsiveness to customer needs.
