Title: Injection Molding Field Service Engineer (100% Travel)

Location: Atlanta, GA 30304 

Travel: 100% Mon- Fri, home on weekends

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Salary Range: $95k - $120k

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Injection Molding Equipment Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our injection molding machinery across multiple facilities. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with project management to ensure equipment performance, reliability, and safety. Ideal candidates will have deep experience with leading machine brands, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.



Job Duties:
  • Own end-to-end injection machinery performance: install, troubleshoot, rebuild, and repair.
  • Lead safety inspections, preventative maintenance, and control system diagnostics.
  • Manage technical projects—scoping, budgeting (AFE), and reporting to leadership.
  • Drive machine testing and R&D efforts to support new applications and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve equipment reliability.
  • Train and guide maintenance teams across multiple facilities.
  • Support spare parts strategy and procurement for critical assets.

Qualifications:
  • Must have minimally 10+ years hands-on experience with injection molding machinery
  • Ability to travel domestic and international 
  • Ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics, and mechanical blueprints
